Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) other investment.

Still in the planning stage, but I will be using my training/experience as a forester, love of the outdoors, and recent intern session at Earthship Biotecture, to find rural property to develop into small home development, including some off-the-grid homes; maybe some Airbnb options, trails, enhanced natural features. Currently a full time RVer so scoping out numerous desirable locations. I Love the mid-west including MT, ID, CO, WY, AZ, but VA has some family roots that I will expand.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Background, training and current interests. Looking to put some roots down, as I got totally out of real estate when I retired and sold my primary residence the same month. NO need for a 4 BR/ 3.5 bath home with yard work, etc...Been traveling with my toyhauler trailer and motorcycle since early 2020, scoping out places I would like to retire to. May end up with a location in VA and one out west; both would include a pad with hookups for my RV. I won't be stationary for many months of the year.
