I’m a lifelong serial entrepreneur, not new to business development, but just now turning to real estate.I have an excellent credit score, very low debit, equity in a condominium and a small trust account, but have mostly untaxed income so conventional lenders just laugh at me.

As an entrepreneur our minds are all over the place; just last night I had a “great idea” that now I can’t even remember what it was.

Dentists should not invest in individual properties since it is not scaleable.You guys are entrepreneurs which means all you TIME should be spent on your practice not buying a small rental which is not you highest and best use.
