Project included new windows, doors, siding, floors, bathrooms, kitchen paint, pool liner, landscaping.

We are selling off our beach properties due to the rising costs of everything beach related, and the aggravation of property management companies. 

However, with the current tenant situation I fear that by increasing the quality of the property right now may not get me the higher rents needed to justify until the tenant situation next door is resolved.

Depending on the results of the election and evn the time leading up to it, we could see Interest rates drop, and/or home values rise...I'm not saying for sure, but I've seen stranger things for sure.Doing anything now just leaves you with no good options....and I don't believe in putting off the inevitable, but there may be other options that arise as a few more months go by.

Note, I have 12-doors there and I help investors get started in Detroit so I'm biased.

The high end areas bring 2k+ but will continue to rise.

So while this doesn't directly address STRs and the idea is general housing density, I do see it opening more doors for STRs indirectly perhaps.Is this housing density ruling going to help STR investors overall?
