I been to very expensive seminar last summer and paid so many thousands of US dollar and kind of disappointing experience to me and my family.

I think they will be disappointed they cant live in the one we just sold since we had it fixed up pretty nice, but they received a nice referral from the other tenants presently living in the house about me so the possibility exists to pick up another house there.A lot of this was made possible by the fact (going back to the duplex I purchase in 2006) that I have been able to set up a line of credit on my equity I have in the property with a local bank.  

So disappointing how many places in this city are being bought, quickly and crappily flipped, and then sold for way more than they are worth.

Keep with real estate; you will not be disappointed.

This was 6 years ago and I am little disappointed no one else has chime in.

Obviously I don't have any details of your plan, but just don't want you setting yourself up for disappointment before you even begin.  

I've been one of the RE Investors that have spent weekends at the seminar or that one only to leave disappointed and a few dollars lighter.Looking forward to some great discussions.

You aren't the first gal to quit a surgical residency, I known several, and will continue to hear the same story.If you are doing RE for the money only, with your mind/education you will eventually be disappointed, count on it.

Mad and disappointed i fault like giving up on the process, I ened up having breakfast with a cousin that lives directly around the corner from that duplex.
