Hello BP Community,

I'm a new member and super excited to be apart of the BP community.  There is so much great  information and I am delighted to be here.  I have struggled for the past few years looking for a medium as great as BP.  I've been one of the RE Investors that have spent weekends at the seminar or that one only to leave disappointed and a few dollars lighter.
