While I do believe you'd learn a lot, I think you have to think about whether you're ok with a high failure rate of your customers and your peers.

But, I can't find an actual customer service person.  

It gives me a bunch of customizations that I can change by property.

This is a custom line that they are able to keep low-cost by only offering 3 different door styles with a limited number of finishes.
