I watched this property for months, spend a few more months waiting for them to respond to my price reduction requests, finally agree on a price, spend countless hours on the road driving to the property, pay $500 for an inspection, spend $100 securing the property, file a police report and get squatters out and they don't even have the decency to explain to me why the seller is cancelling!!!!

I am also an opportunity junkie, and have seen countless courses, programs, ads, etc. and have a good radar for what is he NOT saying about the information he has for sale.These things are always oversold in terms of ease, potential earnings, and what have you.

I spoke with other neighbors and they informed me the hellish tenants have been there 6 years and they have tried to speak with the landlord and HOA but no one has been able to do anything and law enforcement has been there countless times.
