In search of a mentor

I'm enrolled in a real estate education group where I have access to an advisory line and a coach that I get 1 meeting with every week for 1/2 an hour.  I've been doing countless training's, seminars, webinars, etc...plus working 12hour+ days 7 days a week.  After all of this I still am feeling confused and lost.  I am a hard worker and I believe in real estate investing as a career not a job but I feel like I need someone who would be willing to help me start out.  I can co wholesale or do other labor for them in exchange for the mentoring. I feel like every webinar I watch they give you some great tips and say how much they want to help you out but than at the end of the video they say to get the "meat and potato's" of the information you need to kick start your business you need to pay $1000.  Well I've already invested all the money I can into this other educational group so I'm not willing to pay $1000 to another program until I can make a profit myself.  I am an honest and humble person.  If you would be willing to work with me I can promise that I will do my best to repay you in some form.  Thank You for your time!
