It's sort of a he said she said where both tenants are from what I have been told, going out of their way to annoy the other tenant. 

Pocket door - I think I agree with this one for the toilet as swinging door would be annoying, and the choice of privacy doesn't mean a door being in the way - same philosophy as barn door.

Buying through Auction.com was not too bad but they would not allow us to view the house before we bought it so that was a little annoying.
