House is in one of the best school districts, and in one of the better neighborhoods. it is a 4/3 with 3200 square feet, on a full basement that is not finished but stubbed for bath. 

I am in a unique situation, as I bought a 2,700 square foot new construction home in 2015 and learning more and more about house hacking this year, I am wanting to buy a "duplex, 3-plex or 4-plex" by next year.

My wife and I have very stable, well paying jobs in the Washington DC metro area, but we've made the decision we want to take charge of our financial futures instead of continually trading time for dollars like our families do. 

I have been looking for a 2 flat that needs a little work on the west side (Logan square / Humboldt park area), and there are maybe 2 for sale!

Hello,I'm looking to buy about 3-11 acres in the Fall City, WA area.

TN is too small on its own.for just one county I had a gal that worked for me in Clark Co WA she did it all by hand and had a very accurate list.. still does and she sells it as kind of a cottage industry..  

I would look at using a 12x24 or something rectilinear vs square. 

How many square feet, how many bedrooms/bathrooms and what type of cosmetics will be entailed in the home (ex - laminate floors/granite, brick face, garage etc...)Please respond if you either do the work or have a reference.
