It is a great time to invest in Milwaukee with all the hype around Foxconn and many other companies that are coming to the area.  

So why not let the people who do that do it, and get the better investment.Just thought I'd lay all this out in case anyone has any suggestions, before I just google some more on good areas to invest (Houston i being hyped, as is Columbus, or Florida, and even Phoenix is up there) and arbitrarily picking something and getting an agent.

Don't believe the hype on find the deal and the money will come.

Having said that, prices have certainly adjusted to the hype with a surge in the last few years, which has a lot of investors thinking the area is overpriced.

It was on the bubble.The seller was told by a family member that using Rid-X (https://www.rid-x.com/) helped them with a similar problem.I've alway suspected that this was more hype than science, but it's not my expertise.What say you, real estate experts? 

Last year, we made thousands upon thousands as vacation rental and the season record wasn't as hyped or as good.  

Purely marketing and psychology.The best "silver dagger" is good education, but most are looking for a quick and easy buck so they won't arm themselves to get into this arena.Gurus sell perceptions, the product is a by-product of content that supports the hype and justifies the perception sold.

Do you really need a guru over selling, hyping?

Don't believe the hype, you need Your Own Money to be successful in real estate.

Now normally I'd come in and claim that this was all 'seminar hype'.
