Also keep in mind that you can shop lenders, and I recommend that if you don't feel you are getting the help /answers that you want.  

A while back, I stumbled onto a thread where someone suggested using Dunn Edwards floating feather and a swiss coffee ceiling/trim combination.  

I would also like to work with an individual who will stay organized and be continually shopping to find me the lowest rates for my personal and future rental properties.

Brad Coyne  I was just shopping around in Butte last April, and got some quotes for investment loans at ~7% with 20% down from First Interstate in Livingston. 

.,,, true commercial ( Ie a shopping center) new construction)  etc etc most of that is exempt from any kind of licensure.
