@Gordon Cuffe Facebook gets the information from their own platform, from our browsing and also from a number of companies that sell them information (including credit card companies).I would be BS'ing you if I told you the EXACT method they use to track 'likely to move' people, but I can tell you that Facebook is capable to track if you're browsing houses in a different area, or town, if you're buying some kind of moving services, if you're travelling to a particular city on a regular basis, etc.I have tried campaigns targeting people 'likely to move' and the response have been positive.Right now I'm advertising to this same targeting in Fresno and Clovis, CA...
