I’m currently reading Brandon’s book on creative financing and am interested in exploring the possibility of obtaining a home equity loan.

That to me is business smarts not book smarts. 

A percentage discount off of what it would cost for daily stays on the booking platform.

There is a need, and if you wanted to keep some properties on your own books, it could be a viable option.

To begin, learn all you can by reading books, listening to podcasts, checking websites, and joining groups like REIAs.

We have had noticable success increasing our Direct Bookings using this approach.

I'd say, if this is your first eviction, then it can be worth hiring an attorney to make sure you do it exactly by the book and your lease, so there are no delays.Or, you can reason with mother and son about leaving early with some incentive to leave ASAP.P.S.

Honestly, get on-line and read, buy a book, or talk to a knowledgeable person and you will be further ahead.
