Haha....I have one on John Street by the University (practically on top of the Expressway) and I have one on the 1100 Block of South Harlan.  

This location is on the edge of the town, but within reasonable driving distance and has a university bus stop.I do not know why there were $15000 in maintenance last year, but i will find out.I have some major reservations since there are a few uncertainties about this one, but I was hoping to get the opinions of more experienced investors.What concerns should i be aware of?

The original renters are great, no complaints on my end from them but this new boyfriend of 3-4 months does not reflect on me that greatly even though he works for a great university in the USA.

And finally, AC is trying once again to make a comeback...this time with the first Casino since the Revel opening in 2018 (Hard Rock) and Stockton University bringing a campus to AC (also set to open in 2018).Is anyone else investing in Gardner's Basin or considering it?

@Shera GregoryOn another note, you will want to make sure the  LLC operating agreement includes language surrounding the solo 401(k) rules.

I am currently looking at a few houses near a university or college with the likelihood of the tenants being college students.
