I had not heard that.. seems to me most do lend in Texas I got loans from Lendinghome there and they are semi nationwide.. but regardless there is PLENTY of money in Texas in the HML space no shortage at all.Visio is right there in Austin.. 

OK here is what I did in some semi tough times.I offered ZERO interest financing  I just sold a rental last month doing this..I get top dollar and carry contract for a few years with a balloon and payments high enough that the buyer wont walk and I get a decent downpayment..

Semi kididng but not.3 and half hour direct flight out of oak,SFO, or San Jose AND central not eastern time...So when you need to fly out at 6am to do something and then fly back same night it can be done (and flights aren't terrible in terms of Price).Oh did I mention basically everyone talks about KC locals, investors, and people just starting out...
