I have not paid retail in quite a few years in a very hot market, but when I was starting all my purchases were retail.

We also installed an industrial fan in a bath when we couldn't find anything standard that would work.

They have 4 main divisions: Acquisitions, Property Management, Retail, and In-House investor-friendly lending.

My focus as an investor is buy & hold real estate with long term and short term rentals.In 2022, I am looking to network and surround myself with others in the industry to ultimately help each other expand our real estate businesses.
