My thinking and plan are that if I'm going to do this thing right, I'm going to have to quit my job and supplement it with other sources of income so that I can devote more time to getting involved with REI.

My most recent "intel" is that it extends eviction moratorium 1 more year and for those who accept the payment "supplements" there will be catches such as relinquishing ability for financial litigation which has been our sole recourse vehicle. 

This might cut my income in half, but at that point in time I will have enough cash flow to supplement our lifestyle and expenses.

My partner and I are looking to get started in SFR real estate investing as a way to supplement our income.

I'd like to use the commercial space once again and will have the two apt rented out to supplement mortgage, but can't quite get the down payment of 150k together. 

Then they took menial PT JOBS to supplement their retirement incomes & payoff their wives who left them.
