Like other real estate, the fast flip folks are now either rich and out, or belly up and out, depending on when they bought and sold.

@Michael Glunk I’d get a keurig and a creative assortment or coffee pods, stock the fridge up with breakfast type things, OJ, Apple juice, 1/2&1/2, medium size 2% milk, small fruit basket with bananas, apples, oranges, and some muffins from grocery store in a plastic 4 pack container so they will last several days.

The PM and fees is just the re-occuring fees that keep the juice flowing.

Cameras wont be valuable if they run out of juice when you aren't around to replace/recharge. 

@Patrick KaiserFlippers are trying to extract all the juice from the orange so to speak and I've dealt with this before.
