Also, a trust is a private document that is not recorded so your privacy is maximized. 

I like my privacy and space.  

A privacy fence helps,  And as you clean up your property sometimes they work on there's.Of all else fails sometimes code enforcement could make a house call.

A two unit is likely more affordable and less hassle and more privacy.

I agree deff not a crammed in design... i would do say on a 5 ac lot maybe 8-10 units only; giving them space in between and privacy;, but a common area for a firepit, grill and gathering; a walking path down near the brook with a sitting area; a bridge; and benches to sit and a deck to sit and read and have their coffee;  maybe something like a cabin platform for sitting out in the woods away from the homes?? 

Anonymity is only one reason (and LLCs really aren't all that private in most states--use trusts for privacy).

It is a fairly open floorplan, 2 living areas, great back porch, privacy fence in fair condition.The Bad:As with about 50% of the properties in the area, and 80% of homes I have viewed in the past month, the home has foundation issues.  

For privacy, I would recommend a split floor plan with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo, each with its own bathroom.

I enjoy the shade, the beauty, and privacy which I believe someone else would also find attractive whether I decide to rent or sale in the future.
