A girl came to see one of my other units and before she could bring a signed lease, someone else took the unit.

My wife was in a house with 6 other girls, each paying $600 plus utilities, that their landlord was doing alright.Our favorite thing about students is that, so far, they've all had financial aid.  

The girl downstairs smokes pot.  

Girls for change will have a storage area that will be 40,000 sq feet.

I can just see you on a 20 degree night at the the bar talking up the girls that you own a home and she comes home with you and heads to the front door and you have to say " no we are over here in the garage " lol

So, if my husband is out shopping with my girls, he will have to leave them outside, in public, unsupervised if he has to use the restroom.  

The girl’s father is a professor at a prestigious school in the state.

Hi All,I'd first like to thank BP and everyone involved, honestly you guys/girls rock with the plethora of information and everyone's feedback.  

This morning, as I walked out of the door on the way to my 9-5, the feeling in my gut that I felt as I walked away from my adorable little girl and beautiful wife who are my world, not to mention our loyal and loving canine children, who were all looking at me with their sweet eyes as if to say, "Call in today, Dad, stay home with us", I was reminded why I am doing this whole real-estate investing thing.
