Hi Mike,This house has a ton of untapped potential, there's a lot you can do to completely transform the front. 

From my experience, a substantial number of FSBO's wind up selling through an agent and, in this market, a lot of them wind up paying a buyer side commission when they don't.I just read through a very interesting thread on how the blockchain might transform real estate.
