I was going to use Kiavi, but apparently I do not have a consumer profile and lexisnexis has to locate it and this can take a while and I have a deal on the table that I do not want to lose.Please advise.Thanks!

Write it up to an education, spend some time sharpening your support team (particularly in the trades) and start thinking about how you can do it again!

For first flips better to start with a  small cosmetic rehab  until you get to know the process and the team well.

I can check in with my local bank, but I don't want to waste their time when I'm not yet serious about doing a loan with them.
