Purchase something within walking distance of a metro station.

Architectural highlights include a lighthouse listed on the National Register of Historic Place built in 1869 along with buildings and battery stations constructed as part of Fort Terry, a military fort actively used during the buildup to the Spanish-American War and during World War I and World War II.

I've read a few posts, blogs, books, and listened to a few podcasts here on biggerpockets along with a few books on investing.My plan as of now is to buy a piece of property every station I get assigned to and use it as rental property when I leave that said duty station.

And as for my husband, he works for a company that has him driving all over to service gas stations, and on top of that, he's a volunteer firefighter, and also has his real estate license in IL.  

It would be optimal to use a different tracking number for each TV station, but managing that from the media buy would be tough.  

However, being that we are next to a gas station, they recommend Phase 2 testing to be sure.

I'm currently stationed in Virginia and an active duty Marine.

I always tried to stop and get gas at the Admiral station right there at the exit, as it consistently had the best prices.
