hey guys im a beginner wanted to start targeting delinquent property tax home owners in browerd county fl and charlston county sc in browerd county i cant seem to understand witch list in need to chose from meny and also how to sort it out your help will be appreciated.https://broward.county-taxes.com/public/reports/re... in charlston county sc i cant even find the list emailed the city but they teld me it is only released a short time before the the auction is there any other way to obtain the list ?

Most MFG. homes have a top end ceiling of sorts, meaning the value of the home generally wont exceed XYZ value while stick built homes don't tend to have those ceilings or if they do its a much higher range.Be careful of what the effective economic life will be as listed on the appraisal.

I just replied that I'm not allowed to answer those sorts of questions as I could lose my license in the blink of an eye.I wondered whether it was a sting, because Massachusetts sends out "testers" to do exactly that.

Maybe even block your driveway with orange cones... buyer's agents showing the house may otherwise pull into your driveway, implying to a reasonable client that access to that driveway comes with the home - this sort of "implication" to a "reasonable person" is where otherwise reasonable people can get into disagreements!
