With the potential for a Fed rate cut on the horizon, it's a great time to consider refinancing or purchasing a home.

Maybe refinance in a few years and buy your first investment using the money you’re going to get out of refinancing?

It is well documented online that soap in a sump pump accumulates and solidifies and then blocks the pump’s abilty to move.

Depending on what your current interest rate is, it may be worth looking at refinancing the loan to get a lower rate?  

What is the downside of using a commercial lender to purchase, my own cash to rehab, and then refinancing?
