- Are there other lenders you’d recommend for refinancing rental properties that might have a smoother process or better terms?

My goal of refinancing was simply lowering our monthly spending to reallocate towards future investments.

This is a question on refinancing- If I own a property in a Llc company with lots of equity, I refinance, that money is classed as tax free as it’s a loan/debt?

This is a penalty window where selling or refinancing out of the loan would cost you 1,2,3,4, or 5% of the amount you owe on the property as a penalty fee.

For the refinancing part, we're wondering if someone has experience with loans for non-US citizens? 

@Max Bellino For smaller properties like your 2–4 unit multifamily buildings, an online cost segregation study is a quicker and more cost-effective option, providing sufficient accuracy for straightforward properties.

Each market, each submarket and each mall will dictate the use of this space.I don't think online shopping, per se, is killing malls.

I've been doing some light reading, and it sounds like refinancing that property and using the proceeds to reinvest elsewhere might be a better option.
