You should never advertise on a public forum how much cash you have.

You should have a separate operations entity - that will do all the public interfacing, property management, hiring of contractors, leasing, etc.

The concept sounds great but it's hard to find a lot of information in the public realm outside what their site provides.

I attended their last public meeting, and it doesn't look like they will be banning it altogether as many cities have done.
