When housing costs are so high, it is very difficult to build wealth in that type of environment if you are an independent without getting any out patient care from wealthy parents.

Figure out how to control your environment first, and then get tools to help you expedite the process!

@Ben Leybovich   funny Ben ... but look at the direct marketing piece's that go out those are dumbed down and made to look like some joe blow sent them..So punctuation and grammar may be important in some business environments.. buying real estate especially new folks trying to  wholesale or buy some buy and holds it certainly is not..if it was not for spell check you would be ringing me up as a poor business man with no hope in the industry !!

Obviously, it is going to be really hard for him in a new environment.  

Quality of work is huge in today's business environment.

The alternative is that if someone gets hurt working for you in an environment you can control and they cannot, you will be liable in tort.

They enjoy the current legal environment that results in a plethora of HOA court cases and unlimited funding of these cases through HOA bank accounts (and all without any involvement, knowledge, or approval of home owners).

Open floor plans are great as well, it will benefit you because a unit will appear bigger then it actually is and your tenants will enjoy openess because it will create a pleasant environment for interacting within the unit. 

It is amazing how we truly are a product of our environment. 

I'm very interested in sustainability and living in non toxic environments.
