I'm a nurse looking to get into medium terms for Healthcare professionals and corporate. 

It's always great to see another healthcare provider looking at real estate investing.

When you add the things the Govt ignores into the inflation numbers (health care/food/fuel), we are at 20% now.

I'm not sure who the current primary employers are ...in the past, it was manufacturing (which is now probably gone), rail road (now probably diminished), and healthcare (I know that one of the bigger hospitals in the area closed a while ago, and I'm not sure if it was replaced).  ...These days, I'm assuming tourism may be bigger than it was when I was young, but I don't know if tourism has been enough to keep the city in good economic shape...

Apart from the sites already mentioned, you can also list on Hello Landing which is a site used by a mix of traveling healthcare professionals and digital nomads.

(I know you're not a family of 4, but I figure a dog and a few meals out is about equal to a kid ;-) )Also, if you ever decide to get married, you should do it because it's a great fit for your family, but I want to mention that getting married is financially advantageous for healthcare and taxes. :)
