If we agree on a sells price of 300k and you owe 250k, when I exercise my option I owe you 300k minus my deposit.However, if I word the contract in the same scenario, 300k purchase but you owe 250k at time of signing this way:  “seller to pay buyer 50k plus payoff of mortgage” do you see what happens?
