Enjoy the journey!

Both will have separate parking/entrances from street and I'll probably put a privacy fence along back side of apt so main home can enjoy backyard in privacy. 

What do you guys think about smoking in the house?

You could end up waiting years for that while you enjoy the stellar returns of bank interest and get to write a nice profit share check to you silent partner Uncle Sam (right @Steve Vaughan?).

I always enjoy talking shop with fellow investors in the area.

I do enjoy design and the satisfaction of transforming something slightly distressed into a whole new place but I would also like to do this as passively as possible, especially if I'm doing it mostly from out of state.

I have a degree in print journalism and in my spare time I enjoy writing about topics related to business, entrepreneurship and investing.I Buy- And- Hold houses.

I have 5 properties that I manage, and I enjoy it, but if I bought even a 12-unit, I would not have the time to do it, much less a large complex.

Anyway I enjoy listening to Clayton's podcast and because of him I found BP.
