The common areas of the house for both the tenant(s) and the owners of the house to use are as follows: kitchen, dining table, and laundry area.

Theres three seprate buildings the Main building is 10 bed facility with 10 bedrooms and 6 baths plus office, utility room, kitchen, dining room, den room and storage rooms.

The COVID shutdown moved us from frequent restaurant dining to only 1-2 times a week and vacations were shutdown until recently.

We don’t have a STR yet but our primary residence now in Vilas will convert to a great STR one day (cabin ext, updated int, open floor plan with loft and enclosed master BR upstairs, large covered front deck with swing and dining table, looking out over a valley, 8 mins to downtown).

Tenants stuff had to be moved out of the living room and dining room.

Good location near schools, list price was reasonable, kitchen/dining room/living room renovated recently but still had some other rooms/features that needed some work (master bath, windows, etc.).

We have no idea why you owe so much but if its because of things like vacations, fancy clothes, new cars worth over $30 - $40 k, or dining out...Simply cut back. 

We've decided to replace the carpet in the ADU bedroom, add carpet in 4 main unit bedrooms, and put down LVP on the only other bare concrete in the entry room and formal dining, leaving all existing tile.
