I acquired a 17 bedroom, 10 bathroom closed down alf through foreclosure. Theres three seprate buildings the Main building is 10 bed facility with 10 bedrooms and 6 baths plus office, utility room, kitchen, dining room, den room and storage rooms. The left building is 4 bed, 3 bath independent living facility and the right building is a 3 bed, 1 bath independent living facility. The main building and left building were just remodeled. This has a potential to be a great cash cow with some one with the proper knowledge of what to do with it. I have no clue what to do with it. Any ideas? Its in the tampa bay area.
