Honestly his fast start series which I think is #22-#26 of his podcast and his e-book are all free and give LOTS of information.I feel that the Academy has gotten better in a lot of ways and worse in others.

BP has a ton of great resources (forums, blog, podcasts, e-books, beginners guide, etc) but I think the best resource is the combined knowledge and experience of the members.

Hey @Dion DePaoli great post, and I do share the same sentiments as you on the "gurus" and the ebook peddlers One thing you mention though is the default rate on NPN: "Fact of the matter is, most defaulted loans end up in foreclosure.

I have listened to every BP podcast from the last two years (changing the speed to 1.5x helped me breeze through that), purchased ebooks, and participated in some webinars.

@Daigo Kurosaki   I think I sent you my e book on the do's and don'ts for out of state investing.. but if not ping me and I will send.There are literally 50 markets and 100 plus TK companies.. one thing you will want to do is compare these companies side by side and see how they pencil out.
