I had major furniture delivered by Cort (check out their outlet for great deals), housewares/linens, etc. from Amazon and Walmart and found a great cleaning team on Turno that accepts packages, has a handyman and a can-do attitude.

@Courtney Nguyen The cleaners cleaned all the linens, floors, carpets and still had that lingering dog smell, after they ran the ozone for an hour and then opened the window s for a little while, the smell was eliminated .

You buy products based on how clever or funny their ad is, or how many followers they have instead of looking at what matters… their student’s results!

My housekeeper washes all the linens and makes all the beds.

The price is higher, but the cleaning fee and bed taxes are also so much higher, expenses, supplies, linens, etc.

If so, this group expects pretty high levels of professionalism and are not impressed with clever, fast-talking real estate investor types, however they will often respond well to a licensed broker/associate who treats them as they would attorneys or any other member of the legal community.
