They are always looking for a return on their money, and you can always tell them that their capital is secured by real estate.You should show them your track record and success on prior deals.Why don't you try to network with other high net worth individuals, such as doctors and lawyers.You can also approach a bank with your plans.

Lenders too, though we tend to already be pretty good at math - it's just new equations that need to become part of our daily vocabulary *on top of* fannie/freddie/fha/va ways of doing math.We have an entire generation of people screwing themselves out of homeownership because they are listening to their parents, except for those among them that are going to be doctors/lawyers/accountants/programmers/etc.

I guess we are a "regional" destination for many services and businesses, including an area of town with 2 major hospitals, a few outpatient type of facilities (for example a prominent higher end specialized cancer clinic), and tons of doctor offices and such.
