IE  C and D class is easier to manage and run than A class.. just pretty strange really for anyone who is in the know.. but these buyers are mainly first timers and of course are glazed over by the pitch and the thought that Morris has to big of a rep to do anything like this at least knowingly.

@Max BiggarHmm, well without diving into every asset you have on hand and getting a little too personal for a stranger you met on the internet I would say that the obvious routes are blocked so now lets look at the less obvious ones.

The act of researching and looking for properties has got me excited about investing in real estate and purchasing more rentals to rent to qualified strangers and I've even thought about starting with the strangers so I can make enough money to be able to rent to my mother at a discount, but the market in Salem, Oregon right now is a sellers market and it is really hard to find a good deal on anything, even in a higher price range.

So, despite your insinuations, I'm pretty sure I can't be accused of being stingy with providing information.If you're going to ask someone to spend their time, effort and risk of competition in order to help a stranger who is offering nothing in return, you shouldn't be surprised when you don't get many responses to your post -- and the responses you do get are along the lines of what I wrote.That said, I'm going to offer you some free advice that you're welcome to consider or ignore...you're choice:The best way to get someone to volunteer their time to help you is to build a relationship with them first, or at very least to offer something in return.
