Right...1st I would say the tax sale wiped out any liens. 

But there are sellers out there ( like me ) that will tell you no . 

Walls are priced one way, ceilings another, then you have baseboard, trim and doors. 

Let's say they budget the audit of 1000 Forms 1065.
