I am great with people and have worked with all different sorts of customers in the last few years, outgoing, innovative, a great technical writer, and already have a little small business that I started in April so I have a small business mind set.

Am I the only one who thinks posting this under "innovative strategies" is a little funny?

While it may be that you have hit on some innovative strategies - it's also possible that those strategies have been viewed as in violation and so aren't practiced.

If rehab and sale, and owned a short period of time, it's completely possible they had no idea there were issues, paid the painter to paint something, and after some time the issue came about.I had a house I bought in Nov. all winter it had no issues.
