My thought is yes because that was time spent renovating the property to prepare it to be rented. 2) Do hours logged include time spent driving to the property to perform renovations and re-stock supplies?

I'm personally looking at the 2-4 space right now as I think there should be good opportunity there to make the numbers work in high-value markets I saw a couple of influencers that made a pretty good case for 2- 4plex thats why I was torn.
