I want lower risk and higher returns, which led me to looking at real estate.A while ago I attended a free lunch hosted by a physician real estate investor who works with a syndicator doing large commercial multifamily deals and their presentation got me excited.

I also host networking events that a lot of BP members actually attend.

I am an investor friendly title company here in Orlando and also host my own investor networking events that actually many BP members attend.

I host a real estate investors networking group at my office with few that have gone through it.

I was listening to a webinar on NAR and a few of the webinar hosts said that a second is not an automatic deal breaker as the long as the second doesn't demand too much and they've even heard of the first giving the second up to a few thousand dollars or possibly forcing the seller to contribute to the second for a couple of thousand.My ultimate goal was to get some experience and develop systems so I could have an assistant take care of all of this for me. 

They do a great job of hosting a variety of topics and guests.
