My wife and mother in law have the hair brained idea of just getting the electric panel repaired and just getting a home insurance like American Home Shield on the HVAC just in case the system breaks down.

This is not a normal salon, but instead it is a building that has multiple small studio's that artists (nails, wax, hair, lashes) can rent out from the owner.

(We have a new pizza restaurant coming in to space formerly a hair salon, and they had their permits held up for 9 months, and this is a restaurant with other stores in my city, so they have been through city permitting before).  

The owner had no hair experience and it was a success-leading to building more.

I haven't gotten the hair on my berries for multifamily yet.

Hey Chris, If you are coming from out of town id say that comment about 4th-15th is sorta accurate, I would more say 17th to 7th, but splitting hairs.

Some kinds of fuses will blow pretty quick under that kind of load, but you can also get "time-delay" or "lag" fuses that behave a little more like a circuit breaker.One advantage to circuit breakers over fuses is that if a breaker trips, and you have a pretty good idea why it tripped (like, you shouldn't have tried to dual-wield hair dryers), all you have to do is turn it off and back on and you're back in business.
