I always teach the investors I coach and work with that there is a great opportunity to create short cash flow and long term wealth in the small multifamily space. 

That's why I work as a full time real estate agent - about half of my clients are young investors which I also coach a little on the way, because I have a passion for it and enjoy helping others getting started and the other half is normal rediential business. 

Her coach suggested I put her on my LLC as my CEO for tax purposes.

You don't need to buy any courses yet until you have exhausted the Internet of free information, which is kind of an impossibility, and by that time you should be able to differentiate the true coaches them from the marketing gurus. 

And Jens Nielsen (who is a BP member) for the initial coaching and connection to Chuck.

Because regardless you will be advancing your self do to action.Good luck best wishes, and just like my digital coach Shia LaBeouf would say "Just do it, yesterday you said tomorrow" 

You can only listen through so many sales seminars, they all generally follow the same formula: establish credibility with stories of success for the guru and her/his students, throw out a few tidbits of information, create a sense of urgency (Limited Time Only and Special One-Time Discount Pricing), and get people to pay to enter the next level of the sales funnel.I hope I don't sound too jaded :DBut with so much free information available (here on BP, on YouTube, in BOOKS which someone probably spent months organizing into a coherent and understandable information package), it's hard to justify literally thousands of dollars on seminars and coaching programs these days.At the very least, if someone is going to go to one of these seminars I strongly recommend leaving the credit cards at home.

Peace of mind, behavioral coaching, income strategies etc.  

Honestly I would join a team that can give you leads and coaching.
