Hello all, I want to know what it takes on a day to day basis becoming a real estate investor. I would like to tag along ask questions, help fix little problems and deal with the daily interactions with managers, tenants, partners, etc... Please message me if you are interested.

Currently located in the Milwaukee area.

Tim, you would not see much with me - my portfolio is set up to be as passive as possible, I have no interactions with 80% of our tenants, sometimes for years (except we do an annual inspection). Most of my work is acquisition and construction, we typically have always one or two BRRRs in the works at any given time. But also that is fairly standarddized and requires very little time on my behalf. That's why I work as a full time real estate agent - about half of my clients are young investors which I also coach a little on the way, because I have a passion for it and enjoy helping others getting started and the other half is normal rediential business.

You should talk to @Matt Maurice and see if you can intern for a day in his PM company Welcome Home Milwaukee. That will get you a lot of exposure. By the way, they are hiring a full time PM - he just posted on the marketplace.
