Hello BP community,I am a new real-estate investor, but have always been interesting in real-estate as a means of achieving financial independence and security.I have recently begun researching properties in Northeastern Pennsylvania (learning the rental market, home values, economic situation, etc) and have recently found a property that I feel would be a good first start for a buy & hold. 

I recently found a few properties but I am unfamiliar with the city.

I've just started taking a different route every time I go somewhere and look for distressed properties.

I just recently found out that even with a foreclosure on my record that within 3 years I could potentially qualify for a FHA loan.

I've just moved from Monterey, CA and I will be moving again to Columbus, GA in about six months.  

I recently found a piece of property in my neighborhood that maybe a candidate as a wholesaling opportunity.  

I very recently found a potentially incredible deal to flip that is about to go to auction - but I don't have the capital to purchase it.

The guy who owns the house is actually in prison (which i've just tracked him down and am working on getting in contact with him), but the house has actually not been foreclosed and has no trustee sale docs or a date for auction.
