I checked cook county assessor and treasurer's websites and it's odd enough that the PIN was classified as multi unit (code 211)  and then got changed to single family less than 999 sq (202) around 2019.My questions are:1.

Basically it's a Treasure trove of information!

@Marilou Szerszen, unfortunately I don't know anything about how your county treasurers department does business.   

I have done several searches on this site for Myrtle Beach investments, but for whatever reason, I did not come across the treasure trove of info I found today!

The current projection for the Treasure Valley is a continued and steady growth rate for the next 10-20 years. 

I doubt applicants will sign the authorisation for allowing the landlord access.Landlords should already be doing their own internet search as a first step in screening.

There's 10% degenerating into hard work, and that's where the treasure chest lies.
