But, about now, this guy has to be feeling that there are.It might be possible to exclude large tenants, if hallways and doors prevent easy passage due to being too narrow (in an old house, for example).  

I know i will still make some mistakes and i look forward to whatever they are but why set yourself up to make them if you know you can prevent a great amount of them by just being prepared.
