@Troy Gandee  got it.. we have 3 listed on Oak... you can find them on MLS.then at Oak and Buist you will see 3 more going up those are mine as well and I have 2 more lots to build on there. we are buying the MHP and moving out the low end trailers as well it will transform that whole area.. just like what we have been talking about..Love SC  tenant laws.. we can just give 30 day notice on the trailers. 

Sure there are parts of Pittsburgh that have tripped in value the last 5-10 years (East Liberty), but I personally believe the transformation is just beginning.

Although there are many buildings like these conversions that are already happening, the demand remains high for them, prompting investors to continue to transform old abandoned schools into beautiful living areas and work areas that often still feature some of the old character from the building it once was, like the old basketball court floor you mentioned.
