I'm 27yo and soon to be graduating from optometry school.

I'm current the marketing and admissions director for Investors United School of Real Estate.

I work for an architecture firm that does schools and courthouses and that sort of thing, and we often spec LVT because it's durable, scuff resistant, lasts a long time, and comes in all sorts of different shapes/sizes/looks. 

It seems like a school that got converted to apartment building (14 units) and also, it doesn't seem like a densely populated area also.

I used to spend my summers in high school and college working construction for my father's remodeling company, so i guess you can say being a handy man is in my blood.We really interested in investing our money in real estate as opposed to the stock market because our wealth SHOULD be dependent on our passion and abilities over the economy.

two schools of thought here.One is your ONLY job is to get an appointment.. as real estate is belly to belly.. to easy for people to blow you off on the phone or e mailTwO.. you want to qualify them so you don't waste your time..

I would think the down turn in demand is a function of people not wanting to move because school has started.

The situation is that she is a school teacher who lives an hour and a half from here but was hired to work here locally this year.  

The good thing about Bradford is that it still has a healthy amount of multi fam's, as well as demanding a bit of a rental premium, and I feel that I would be able to focus almost exclusively in Bradford for purchases for a very long time.Let me know if there's something you'd want me to elaborate further on with regards to picking an area.As far as Worcester area, I used to live there when I first graduated college, 3-4 years ago. 

I am in Real Estate school so I will be getting access in under a month but need something temporary to hold me through.
